Welcome to Magnolia Cookie Bar! We take pride in delivering fresh, delicious cookies with care. Please review our shipping and delivery terms before placing your order.

📍 Local Delivery (Louisiana Only)

We currently offer local delivery within selected areas of Louisiana.

✅ Delivery Details:

Delivery days and times are available at checkout.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
A delivery fee will apply based on location (shown at checkout).
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

❗Missed Deliveries:

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt one re-delivery or offer pickup if applicable.
Orders not claimed within 24 hours are considered forfeited. No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries due to customer error.

📦 Shipping (If Applicable)

If we offer shipping:

Shipping is only available on select non-perishable items (e.g., cookie gift boxes).
All shipped orders are packaged securely and dispatched via USPS or UPS.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

📬 Processing Time:

Orders are baked and packaged fresh. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipping or delivery.

💥 Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We’ll do our best to make it right.

📝 Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
During extreme heat or weather, we may pause shipping to ensure product quality.
