At Magnolia Cookie Bar , every treat is made fresh and with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders unless the issue is a result of an error on our part.

✅ Refunds Will Only Be Issued If:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • An item arrived damaged due to our packaging or delivery process

  • There was a mistake in fulfilling your custom order (wrong flavor, missing item, etc.)

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a photo and description of the problem. We will do our best to make it right!

 Refunds Will Not Be Given For:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Missed deliveries due to no one being available to receive the order

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
